The Age of Prosperity is a one-time-purchase web application, accessed through your browser after signing in, that generates audio sessions. Your payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or share your copy of the Software with people outside your household without our written permission. The Software is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The Software is a relaxation and mindset-support tool. We do not guarantee any specific financial, emotional, or life outcome from using it. Any results depend on your own actions, consistency, and circumstances. The Software is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

The Software, its branding, and all related content remain the property of Arthur Liger Lisboa dos Santos (CPF 859.389.225-69). Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. The Software is provided "as is," without warranties beyond what applicable law requires.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved under Brazilian jurisdiction.
